Walnut Lake
Walnut Lake is 233 acres with a depth of just over 100ft - one of the deepest lakes in Southeast Michigan! The lake is spring-fed with abundant aquatic life. The lake is home to herons, ducks, geese, swans, muskrats, snapping turtles, bass, pike and pan fish.
Started as a lakeside retreat on the banks of Walnut Lake, surrounded by farms and Orchards, the first cottages popped up in the early 1900s.
